Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Exhibit Stamper ("the Service"), a browser-based document-stamping tool operated by Exhibit Stamper ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Exhibit Stamper applies exhibit stamps to PDF documents entirely within your web browser. Document processing happens locally on your device. We do not receive, store, or transmit the contents of the documents you stamp.
2. Free and Pro tiers
The free tier permits stamping one document at a time, up to 20 pages per document, at no cost and without an account. Pro tiers unlock bulk processing, unlimited pages, and additional features, and are billed as described at checkout (one-day pass, monthly subscription, or one-time lifetime license).
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Because the Service stores none of your documents, cancellation deletes no document data — there is nothing on our servers to delete.
- Pricing and tier features may change prospectively; changes will not affect a lifetime license already purchased.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer paid features to circumvent billing, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. You are responsible for the documents you stamp and for ensuring you have the right to process them.
4. No legal advice
Exhibit Stamper is a software tool, not a law firm, and provides no legal advice. Court formatting requirements vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for confirming that a stamped document meets the rules of your venue before filing.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You retain all rights to your documents; we claim no ownership of anything you stamp.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a stamp will satisfy any particular court's requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD $100 if you used only the free tier). We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
